Chili Pepper, the easiest plant I've grown so far. It has been sitting in my garden for quite some time now. It doesn't require much taking care of and unmindfully it has produced so much fruit already.
Many of its fruits fell and was left to the ground. I found out that it is a good source of Vitamins A, C and B-complex and flavonoids. It also contain a good amount of minerals like potassium, manganese, iron, and magnesium. (see http://www.nutrition-and-you.com)
With these many chili peppers, I think I will sun-dried them so I can extend its usage...
