A Day Well-Spent

A day well-spent may not be planned.  

(as in our case)

After attending the Sunday mass, we went malling...

and found these Lego Creations that's so amazing...our National Hero in Lego!

had our lunch...

took some pictures

with my three boys...(you can see my husband in the mirror) LOL!

catches their "having-fun" moments (secretly...)

went shopping for his promised toy...

and for his shoes in a blue box.

We visited another shopping mall and was surprised to meet a friend.

We then drop by at my sister's house and these blue gifts are there waiting for us...

a blue Nintendo 3DS from Japan

a Smoked Salmon in blue box from Canada

a blue tshirt from Las Vegas.

Our well-spent Sunday made me realized how blessed our family are.

Thank you, Lord God!

Mommy and Me Monday: 16 Years Ago

Inspired by Krystyn's "crazy-hair-and-no-make" entry, I remember my pictures 16 years ago.  A photo taken at the hospital when I gave birth to my second child.

I can't breastfeed yet so I have to feed him this way. :-)

Now, he's taller than I am!

Leisure Time Sunday

We attended an anticipated Sunday mass to watch and listen to the Loboc Children Choir of Bohol.  It is also a part of the week-long celebration of the feast of Saint John Bosco.  

That leaves us a lot of time for Sunday...

We head on to the nearest mall to fulfill our promise to our "bunso" (youngest child).

On our way, we looked in awe with this wonderful site...

which stayed on until we reached our destination.

After we got the things they need for their school's foundation day, we finally got our "bunso" his much desired Beyblade Set.

He's soooo much pleased with it!

Then at dinner, we tried the Adobo Connection Restaurant since we all loved eating adobo.

(Adobo, a signature dish of the Philippines)

I ordered for this while my eldest son ordered for "Kuya's Fried Adobo", the two kids got "Adobo Flakes" and hubby tried the "Adobo sa Gata".  It was such a sumptuous dinner experience.  But asked the kids which kind of adobo they liked the most - its MY OWN adobo, of course! :-)

For dessert, we went to Dairy Queen.  I had "Cappuccino MooLatte", the kids got themselves the famous "Blizzard" served upside down, of course.  They ordered for "Mud-Pie" and "Oreo" flavor.

   

I'm so happy with our leisure time this Sunday.

Mommy and Me Monday: On a Birthday Party

We attended a friend's daughter's 7th birthday party.

He's still shy, never wanting to join the other children. Maybe he thinks he's older because he's now 9yo.

Still he's our baby. (though he doesn't want to be called that anymore)

We decided to have our photo taken in front of the church after attending the mass on Christmas Day.

We got busy afterwards visiting their grandmother in Manila while my husband played Santa Clause.

We visited the memorial park where my father was laid in commemoration of the All Soul's Day. We offered some flowers and stayed awhile to pray. My eldest son, JM, and I had our picture taken while waiting for the other members of our family to arrived.


It was a sunny day but we didn't put our own tent until my eldest sister arrived.

Last sunday was my nephew's 6th birthday.
My kids doesn't want to have their face painted.



So I had my arms painted instead
